💼 About This Role

You'll own complex features across the stack for Parafin's financial products, driving architecture decisions and leading cross-functional initiatives. Your work will directly shape the end-to-end experience for small businesses accessing funding, spend management, and savings tools. You'll set technical direction and mentor engineers to raise the bar for quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship polished user experiences and own APIs, data models, and backend services.
• Develop deep product expertise to shape roadmap decisions with Product and Design.
• Drive architecture decisions, lead technical reviews, and set technical direction.
• Mentor engineers, improve team processes, and foster a culture of high standards.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products as a full stack engineer.
• Production-quality UIs in React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing APIs, working with data models, and debugging backend systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align teams on tradeoffs.
