You'll drive new business and expansion within the Public Sector, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close. You'll unlock growth opportunities by helping customers solve complex challenges with Elastic's Search AI platform. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute proactive outbound cadence (email, call, social) to generate pipeline.
- Conduct deep discovery qualification using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
- Deliver value storytelling demos tailored to technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate on mutual deal strategy and maintain forecast accuracy within ยฑ10%.
๐ Requirements
- 3 years of SaaS quota-carrying success in a consumption-based model.
- Expert discovery qualification skills applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
- Compelling value storytelling with track record of executive-level presentations and demos.
- Strong negotiation chops landing multi-year, high-ACV contracts.

- Prior experience at an open-source or developer-centric infrastructure company.
- Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, traces) or security analytics (SIEM/XDR) use cases.
