You'll join a collaborative team developing phenotypic and genotypic assays for diverse organisms, using evolution to guide therapeutic discovery. Your work will validate tools and identify novel therapeutic assets. You'll contribute to open science through fully open-access publications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize high-dimensional phenotypic assays across diverse organisms.
• Design novel cell biology tools and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot experimental challenges independently.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to validate tools and accelerate research.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of post-PhD industry or research experience.
• Expertise in cell-based assay development with high-dimensional data.
• Proficiency in core cell biology tools like live-cell imaging and spectroscopy.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with diverse cellular organisms.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience in molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, etc.).
