Description

You will support the development and operations of the Medical Content and Training function, collaborating cross-functionally to create high-quality medical content and training resources for launch readiness. This role involves managing learning management systems, scientific training programs, and content repositories to ensure Medical Affairs teams are scientifically prepared.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD)
• 3-5+ years in Medical Affairs, Scientific Training, or Medical Communications in biotech/pharma
• Expertise in scientific content development and training program design
• Ability to translate complex scientific data into compliant medical content
• Experience developing training curricula and onboarding programs

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of Medical Content and Training function
• Develop, maintain, and optimize learning management systems and content repositories
• Implement scientific training programs for new hires and ongoing MSL training
• Lead creation of scientific materials for external engagements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align medical content with strategy and regulatory requirements
