You'll be the first point of contact for medical practices, MVZs, and clinics, helping them get the most out of Doctolib. Your core impact is ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support and solution-oriented communication. You'll grow into a product expert while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
π― What You'll Do
- Serve as first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Provide technical guidance on using Doctolib software
- Connect internal teams and external partners for complex issues
- Leverage experience to advise and improve processes
π Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support
- Basic technical understanding of digital tools and software
- Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Detail-oriented with willingness to learn

- Experience with ticket or CRM systems like Jira or Salesforce
- Knowledge of network environments and interface concepts
- Familiarity with cloud-based software or AI in daily work
