You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and developing a passionate team at a pop-culture focused retail store. • Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz through promotion of new products and social media
• Run sales reports and use data to guide sales strategy

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Communication and time management skills
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
