Description

You will architect and deliver critical electrical and power systems for next-generation autonomous vehicles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet requirements and are delivered on time. This role involves technical mentorship, documentation, and hands-on testing to drive innovation in defense technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in senior role in defense, tech, or fast-paced environment
• Expertise in electrical engineering principles and technologies
• Proficiency in industry-standard electrical design and simulation software
• Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance (NV2)

Responsibilities

• Drive development and design of innovative electrical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger product designs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Create and maintain documentation including design specifications and test procedures
• Perform electrical calculations, simulations, and testing to evaluate system performance
