🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as team lead for global compliance operations
• Orchestrate end-to-end audit responses for SOX and SOC
• Lead adoption of AI tools to automate compliance workflows
• Manage high-impact, company-wide compliance projects

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR compliance or employment law experience
• Proven experience managing SOX and SOC compliance in corporate HR
• Deep expertise in global compliance standards and pay transparency
• Experience with AI tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous team lead or supervisory experience
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow integrations
• Familiarity with LATAM labor laws (Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico)
