You'll work with the Water Department's Call Center to identify training needs and improve service quality. You will conduct staff training, streamline processes, and support system upgrades. π― What You'll Do
- Identify and assess training needs across multiple sections
- Conduct staff training for process changes and system upgrades
- Support streamlining business processes to reduce errors
- Develop and monitor daily/monthly reports for decision making
π Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 3 years of related customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Ability to work MondayβFriday 8amβ5pm with some evening/weekend work
β¨ Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of AS400 billing systems, CRM, Workforce Management, Call Monitoring, ACD
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in leadership/training capacity and call quality monitoring
