🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day clinic operations
• Conduct interviews and participate in outreach events
• Review operational dashboards and improve performance
• Lead client-BCBA pairings and caseload planning

📋 Requirements

• BCBA credential for at least 2 years
• Strong foundation in clinical KPI metrics
• Good standing on attributable and client service hours
• Meet cancellation trend and supervision rate targets

• Experience leading RBT performance conversations
• Skills in culture building and team leadership
• Previous associate director level experience
