💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans at Southcentre mall. You'll train new recruits and help manage daily operations and sales targets. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and communicate trend information to management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
