You'll join the UX team at Gearset, the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce, to tackle complex user problems and ship simple, intuitive solutions. You'll collaborate with smart, supportive colleagues in a low-ego, feedback-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct user research to inform design decisions
• Design and iterate on product features using Figma or Miro
• Collaborate with engineers to ship high-quality solutions
• Present design rationale to stakeholders and gather feedback

📋 Requirements

• Experience shipping products in a collaborative environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively
• Treat user research as a continuous conversation

• Experience with technical applications or developer tools
• Experience with SaaS products
