πΌ About This Role
You'll lead global media strategy for our B2C subscription business, optimizing channel mix across brand and acquisition campaigns. Reporting to the EVP of Marketing, you'll leverage media mix modeling to maximize ROI and drive measurable business impact.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and execute global media strategy aligned with business goals
- Utilize media mix modeling (MMM) to plan, measure, and optimize spend
- Allocate budgets across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve media efficiency
π Requirements
- Proven experience in media planning and effectiveness in a data-driven environment
- Expertise in media mix modeling (MMM) and attribution modeling
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategies
- Experience managing mid to large-scale brand and acquisition campaigns
β¨ Nice to Have
- Nielsen or similar media planning tools experience
- Incrementality testing expertise
- Cross-functional leadership in a global organization
