💼 About This Role

You'll be the dedicated AI transformation partner for business functions at Life360, embedding long-term with teams like People, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Revenue to build agentic workflows alongside them. Your core impact is raising AI fluency by working on real problems until teams can independently own their own agentic workflows. This role sits at the boundary between the AI Native Platform team and the rest of the organization, shaping the End User Workbench for non-engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with business functions to identify workflows worth automating.
• Build agentic workflows alongside teams using the platform stack.
• Evaluate third-party tools and make buy vs build recommendations.
• Contribute learnings back to the End User Workbench product.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software engineering or AI/ML engineering.
• Experience building and deploying agentic workflows in production.
• Ability to embed cross-functionally and build trust with non-engineering teams.
• Understanding of data privacy and security in regulated environments.
