You'll play a key role in strengthening the firm's security posture, ensuring compliance, and embedding a cyber-conscious culture. You'll influence strategy and support governance, risk management, and assurance activities. This role offers exposure to evolving regulatory requirements, cloud technologies, and emerging areas such as AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop understanding of Baringa's technology and information systems.
• Lead response to RFPs/audits and supplier security due diligence.
• Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats.
• Support awareness-raising and training for a cyber-conscious culture.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in full-time operational Cyber Security GRC or Cyber Security role.
• Experience with compliance requirements for cloud technologies such as Microsoft and AWS.
• Thorough understanding of industry security standards including ISO27001, NIST, NCSC CAF, SOC, NIS 2 Directive.
