Your work will directly impact the safety and efficiency of physical operations globally. You'll collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive continuous improvement.

  • Serve as initial technical point of contact for customer issues
  • Provide in-depth troubleshooting across SaaS, hardware, and integrations
  • Contribute to knowledge base and mentor junior agents
  • Proactively identify trends to improve products and processes

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • German fluency
  • 3+ years in technical product support or specialist role
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS)
  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience

โœจ Nice to Have

  • French fluency
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits, GPS, telematics
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools, APIs, scripting (Python, Bash)
