You'll bridge risk mitigation and member advocacy by identifying and offboarding high-risk members while improving fraud and dispute processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze NPS and fraud-related member feedback to identify friction points.
• Conduct forensic analysis of fraud workflows using SQL and behavioral data.
• Apply data-driven criteria to identify high-risk members for offboarding.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses for fraud prevention and member experience initiatives.
• Monitor fraud ecosystem health and document improvement opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Math or Economics.
• Strong technical skills in databases, Excel, SQL, Python and data dashboard tools.
• Experience developing analysis structures using multiple data sources and analytical methods.
• Ability to define and build business metrics and dashboard infrastructures and automate processes.
