💼 About This Role

You'll own the integration roadmap for Instacart's Connected Stores, defining strategy and delivering core connections between retailers and Instacart's product suite. You'll drive execution end-to-end, partnering with Engineering, Partnerships, and external vendors to ship first-of-a-kind integrations that power AI-driven store intelligence. This high-stakes role is crucial to winning the in-store technology race.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the integration roadmap for Connected Stores
• Drive end-to-end execution with Engineering and Partners
• Lead external partner alignment and negotiate SOWs
• Ship first-of-a-kind integrations for AI products

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management for backend/platform/API products
• 2+ years leading multiple third-party integrations with enterprise customers
• Proven end-to-end delivery of complex multi-stakeholder integration programs
• Experience communicating technical concepts to C-suite and negotiating SOWs/SLAs

✨ Nice to Have

• Retail technology domain expertise in brick-and-mortar systems
• Experience building or integrating AI/ML capabilities
• Background in integration reliability and data quality
