You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, serving as their main point of contact and promoting adoption of Compass technology. You'll support agents with training, marketing, and onboarding, while collaborating across teams to champion feedback and drive change.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for customer questions and issues
  • Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training
  • Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates
  • Partner with Onboarding on strategy for welcoming new customers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations
  • Ability to establish credibility with key agent decision-makers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work 100% in-office in Houston (The Heights)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in real estate
  • Experience with live or remote training
  • Experience with enterprise tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence
