Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or administrative operations
• Ability to work independently and manage high-volume tasks with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Google Suite proficiency (Google Docs and Sheets)

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume marketing operations tasks including customer order creation and data entry
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs
• Process payments and identify discrepancies, escalating issues as needed
• Handle sensitive customer and company data responsibly
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate task status to the team lead
