💼 About This Role
You'll be an operational partner to Enterprise clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and empowering Customer Success Managers with data and processes. You'll combine hands-on execution with process improvement to scale Enterprise workflows and grow into a senior role. This role offers hybrid working in Amsterdam with a supportive team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Track workflows, timelines, and deliverables for Enterprise clients
- Help onboard new clients and support their expansion
- Write clear SOPs to keep work consistent
- Manage CS tools: updating playbooks, workflows, and automation
📋 Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in operations and project management
- Experience designing and implementing successful workflows from scratch
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing

- Experience in marketing, SaaS, or agency environments
- Enthusiasm for experimenting with AI to optimize workflows
