You'll lead shift operations at Gopuff's micro-fulfillment center, ensuring order accuracy and fast delivery for everyday essentials. You'll coach and motivate a team while troubleshooting defects and improving processes. This role offers real impact on customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead shift operations and direct associate activities
• Pack orders and receive inbound inventory during low volume periods
• Troubleshoot defects and root cause analysis
• Oversee execution of facility operations and delivery processes

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of internal Gopuff experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, or military
• 1+ years improving processes and ServeSafe Certification preferred
• Availability during peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends
