Description
You will research, analyze, and administer compensation programs to help the company attract and retain talent. You'll evaluate job positions, participate in salary surveys, and provide data-driven recommendations on pay structures and incentives, working closely with HR and business leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
- 0-3+ years of experience in compensation analysis required (open to recent graduates)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and compensation software
- Knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Support HR and business professionals in executing compensation programs and policies
- Perform complex analytical studies on internal equity, competitive pay, and incentive compensation
- Conduct market research and analysis to recommend pay structures and adjustments
- Build compensation models and prepare summaries and recommendations
- Participate in compensation surveys and partner with external survey vendors
