🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle daily technical support for endpoint devices and network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic laptop and software issues.
• Setup software and tools on Windows and MacOS devices.
• Perform installation and patching of Windows and MacOS operating systems.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with Windows support, DNS and DHCP.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS (7/8/10) and MacOS.
• Good knowledge in hardware support (printer, system assembly, replacing parts).
• Experience with MS Office, Outlook and common software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of office peripherals like printers and VOIP devices.
• Experience with remote monitoring and session tools.
• Immediate joiner or 15-30 day notice period.
