Description

You will shape developer productivity tools and automated testing for HP's new AI innovation lab, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build robust CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and AI-driven testing approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in automation engineering
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows
• Strong proficiency in Python or other OOP languages
• Deep understanding of observability and telemetry

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation frameworks and testing strategies for the full software stack
• Integrate new tools for code quality, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD pipeline improvements
• Design reusable automated tests and tools to establish high standards for the team
• Partner with System Software, Automation, and Test teams for aligned testing strategies
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues using system logs and backend processes
