💼 About This Role

You'll operate and maintain audio, video, and lighting systems for weekend gatherings and rehearsals at a church campus. You'll recruit and lead volunteers to create excellent environments. This role is part-time with flexible hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting equipment
• Recruit, train, and lead volunteers for tech teams
• Prepare and maintain auditorium for weekend gatherings
• Schedule volunteers and assist with special events

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading and motivating volunteers in a team environment
• Ability to make decisions in time-sensitive live productions
• Physical ability to set up/tear down equipment, climb ladders, lift overhead
