You'll build and lead a world-class team of Security Analysts and Engineers, owning the defensive strategy for a Predictive Revenue System. You'll define how we secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP, driving automation and AI-centric improvements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a hybrid team of analysts and engineers
• Oversee vulnerability management lifecycle with precision
• Drive strategic automation and AI-centric improvements
• Serve as escalation point for incident response
• Partner with Engineering to integrate security into architecture

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years overall experience in Security Engineering or Operations
• Professional working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Postgres
• Experience building or maturing a vulnerability management program across source code and cloud
• Proven ability to analyze security metrics like MTTR and vulnerability burn-down rates

✨ Nice to Have

• CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, or GCIH/GCIA certifications
• Experience leading high-pressure incident responses
• Ability to mentor threat modeling and risk reviews
