You will work on advancing AI language models by applying your expertise in Hindi grammar, syntax, and semantics. Your role involves challenging models on linguistic scenarios, documenting errors, and improving training data to enhance model reasoning.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Hindi language, linguistics, or closely related field
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects
• Clear, metacognitive communication with ability to 'show your work'
• Own secure computer and high-speed internet connection

Responsibilities

• Challenge advanced language models on Hindi grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics
• Document model failure modes for verb conjugation, noun declension, sentence structure, regional dialects, idiomatic expressions, and formal vs. informal speech
• Converse with the model on language scenarios, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
