Description

You will own and shape the future of Ivo's infrastructure, managing customer deployments and building a high-performance distributed system. You'll instrument the platform for performance, aggregate metrics and alerts, lead incident response, and optimize CI/CD. Additionally, you'll push the DevOps frontier by developing real-time LLM evaluations and autonomous agents to detect production issues.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the future of our environment
• Manage dozens, hundreds, thousands of customer deployments
• Instrument our system for performance understanding
• Aggregate metrics/logs/health checks into dashboards and alerts
• Be on call and lead infrastructure related incidents
• Get our CI/CD system running super quickly
