๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead Nexamp's third-party sales partnerships and the sales enablement function, powering partner-led and inside sales channels in the clean energy sector. Your core impact will be balancing performance management with innovation in vendor programs and sales operations. You'll report to the SVP and work hybrid from one of our hub offices.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead residential sales vendor strategy and performance
- Oversee sales enablement across partner and inside sales channels
- Manage and develop the Sales Enablement Operations function
- Design and optimize scalable operational processes
- Own performance analytics and dashboard reporting
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in vendor management or related field
- Proven track record scaling third-party vendor sales programs
- Strong operational background in process design and systems
- Experience building or leading a sales enablement function
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel
- Background in community solar or renewable energy
- Program management certification like Lean Six Sigma
