You will own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for corporate services, focusing on Workplace/Facilities and Legal categories, leading RFPs, negotiations, and supplier management to drive cost optimization and stronger supplier partnerships at Pinterest.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience, ideally in Workplace/Facilities or professional services
• Demonstrated success leading RFPs, complex negotiations, and supplier management
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracting concepts
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• AI fluency and practical application for sourcing productivity

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for corporate services, including Workplace/Facilities and Legal categories
• Lead competitive bidding events and commercial negotiations for significant-spend projects
• Develop pricing and performance models, including rate cards, SLAs, and KPIs
• Deliver savings through cost-reduction initiatives such as consolidation and renegotiations
• Manage supplier performance through business reviews and issue resolution
