Description

You will partner with Operations leadership to develop best practices for Testing Operators, serving as the primary point of contact for issue resolution. You'll coordinate with Engineering, L&D, Safety, and Operations to secure resources, manage schedules, oversee daily performance, and conduct performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of testing processes
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience managing teams of 50+
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Experience in automotive industry or fleet operations

Responsibilities

• Schedule Testing Operators and assign vehicles
• Coordinate daily/weekly testing activities
• Review Dev Tickets for discrepancies and safety concerns
• Oversee daily shift execution of safety protocols
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
