💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Account Executives to qualify solutions and create custom AI demos for enterprise customers. Your work will drive strong ROI and redefine customer experiences across voice, chat, and email. You'll be a foundational hire shaping our AI-native platform strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions
• Architect generative AI experiences for customer end users
• Develop custom demonstrations using the Decagon platform
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in a sales engineering (pre-sales) role
• Proven ability to create and architect generative AI solutions
• Strong communication skills with C-level and engineering stakeholders
• Functional understanding of GTM systems and workflows

• 2+ years of AI sales engineering experience
