💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary provider of direct services to guests at the Mountain Winery venue, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. You'll answer questions, resolve complaints, and enforce venue policies to create a welcoming environment. This role offers flexible part-time hours in a dynamic live entertainment setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas.
• Operate coat check rooms per established guidelines.
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event access.
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption for safety.
• Assist ADA patrons and enforce venue policies.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
