Description

As an Associate TSE I at MongoDB, you'll be the first point of contact for customers using MongoDB Atlas, helping them with connectivity, service availability, and platform features. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customers get the support they need.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Linux, bash, and networking
• Customer service experience (technical or non-technical)
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong desire to learn new technical skills
