🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead key components of core services like recommendation engines
• Apply knowledge of databases to improve performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX and data science
• Advocate for user-centric development using data-driven methodologies

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years hands-on experience in modern software development
• Expertise in at least one language: Node.js, Javascript, Golang, or Typescript
• Production experience with search applications (OpenSearch, Elasticsearch)
• Hands-on knowledge of agentic GenAI systems or LLM pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience building backend systems at a startup
• Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or model integration
