🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead people analytics strategy aligned with HR priorities.
• Design and deploy AI-powered tools using Python, SQL, and ML.
• Build predictive models for workforce planning and retention.
• Create executive dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in people analytics or HR data science
• 3+ years leading analytics teams
• Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
• Experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, or NLP
• Experience with Workday, Tableau, or Snowflake
• Advanced degree in quantitative field
