You'll lead a team building and scaling AI/ML-powered features for a leading travel and spend management platform. You'll drive end-to-end technical strategy across model development, deployment, and monitoring. This role offers the chance to reimagine user interaction in an agentic world.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead delivery and personal development of your team
• Partner with research and product to translate ML capabilities into production systems
• Drive technical strategy across model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Build a culture of rapid prototyping and 'fail fast' experimentation

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience managing software engineers
• At least 2 years focused on AI/ML-powered products
• Experience managing 8-10 engineers including data scientists and ML engineers
• Technical background as a hands-on software engineer

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML system design and model evaluation
• Active user of AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, OpenAI)
• Experience managing larger teams with delegation processes
