๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage large book of accounts segmented by health and usage
- Design and execute scaled engagement programs like webinars and cohorts
- Build and optimize automated customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Monitor adoption signals and trigger targeted outreach for at-risk accounts
- Own renewals, forecasting, and execute scaled save motions
๐ Requirements
- 5-7+ years in customer success or account management in a scaled model
- Proven ability to drive outcomes through automation and data-driven programs
- Strong content creation skills for customer-facing communications
- Confident communicator able to run group sessions and executive conversations

- Experience building a scaled/digital CS motion from scratch
- Background in financial technology or high-finance clients
