You'll drive referral volume and provider adoption for a tech-powered family care platform in the Greater State College area. Your core impact is installing the company as the default referral protocol for case management agencies and physicians. This role combines clinical sales expertise with ownership of a full-cycle territory.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle from outreach to provider commitment
- Engage physicians and clinical decision makers to drive adoption
- Maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce
- Execute targeted outbound strategies within assigned territory
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of closing experience in Home Health, Hospice, Pharma, or Med Device sales
- Valid Driver's License
- Salesforce proficiency: live in the CRM
- Clinical fluency: speak the language of a Case Manager

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in pediatrics or therapy clinic sales
