📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or capital markets
• Strong understanding of capital structure, financing strategy, and debt markets
• Exceptional financial modeling and strategic thinking capabilities
• Experience in high-growth, high-complexity environments
