💼 About This Role

You'll join The Scion Group as a Maintenance Technician II at the Z Islander property, ensuring safety and functionality of buildings and equipment. You'll perform preventive maintenance and repair service requests, prepare apartments for turnovers, and coordinate with vendors. This role demands superior problem-solving in a fast-paced student living environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance and repair service requests promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers and request supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as approved.

📋 Requirements

• High school/GED or trade school diploma with 3-5 years maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II, III).
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intent to obtain.
• Experience with CMMS or Building Automation systems.
