📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing with full campaign ownership
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels like Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn
• Demonstrated ability to generate B2B enterprise leads with focus on pipeline quality
• Experience working with AI tools or automation platforms in daily operations
