💼 About This Role

You'll lead China payroll operations for a global remote-first company, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to improve and scale payroll processes. This role offers ownership of end-to-end payroll in a dynamic, globally distributed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate payroll inputs and post-payroll processes for China.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements.
• Support rollout of payroll services in new jurisdictions.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and operational risks.

📋 Requirements

• Mid-senior career experience in China payroll operations including end-to-end processing.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country or global environments.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll tools and data analysis using in-house and external platforms.
