You'll work directly under the Chief of Staff and CEO on growth projects across sales, revops, marketing, and customer success. You'll experiment and learn how to operate across the full GTM surface to increase revenue. This role lets you build a top-tier growth machine to sell to developers.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own outbound sequences and manage newsletter sponsorships
- Organize engineering events in NY, London and SF
- Create landing pages and produce customer case studies
- Improve tracking and metrics foundations across sales and marketing
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast paced environment
- Early employee (< #20) at a tech startup (bonus)
- STEM degree from a Tier 1 university (bonus)
- Experience in MBB consulting, FAANG, or Tier 1 bank
โจ Nice to Have
- Ex-founder or has started something from scratch
- Writes blogs or builds side projects
- Experience in growth or generalist problem-solving
