💼 About This Role

You'll be part of an integrated team on a large-scale arena touring production, assisting with open flame, indoor pyrotechnics, and other special effects. You'll ensure safety and compliance with NFPA Standards and Best Practice Safety Protocols. This role involves hands-on setup, maintenance, and coordination with local authorities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee maintenance, execution and safety of mechanical and special effects systems
• Participate in setup and teardown of pyrotechnic gear and equipment
• Repair and maintain firing console equipment and fire suppression systems
• Liaise with tour management and local fire authorities for permit compliance

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or 5+ years real-world experience in indoor pyrotechnics and special effects
• Ability to read and interpret safety regulations and procedural manuals
• Ability to climb and work at heights over 55ft
• Willingness to tour year-round and travel internationally

• Experience with compressed gases (CO2, liquid propane)
• Knowledge of electrical DC and AC voltage systems
• Skills in carpentry, welding, plumbing, or metal fabrication
