💼 About This Role

You'll own the entire partnership lifecycle for high-volume mobile game publishers, from cold outreach to post-onboarding growth. As a foundational driver of global expansion at a fast-growing bootstrapped startup, you'll build GTM playbooks and directly impact P&L. This role offers accelerated career growth in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Source, pitch, negotiate, and manage high-volume mobile game publishers.
  • Build an outbound pipeline targeting top-tier game studios.
  • Analyze performance data to upsell and optimize partner KPIs.
  • Define go-to-market strategies and create scalable sales frameworks.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in high-growth environments (AdTech/Gaming preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing new business and managing complex partner relationships.
  • Strong data fluency with ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics.
  • Understanding of mobile app ecosystem (MMPs, attribution, SDKs).
