You'll lead end-to-end recruiting for a fast-growing health-tech startup building a modular software platform for hospitals. You'll shape the candidate experience and drive growth through active sourcing and strategic hiring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source active candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to offer
• Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience
• Advise People Partners on complex roles

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business, Social Sciences, Psychology or related field
• 2+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German and English

• Experience with Ashby ATS
