You'll provide front-line customer support for public safety software, owning cases end-to-end via phone and email. You'll troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and escalate complex cases to technical leads. This role offers the chance to directly impact first responders and join a mission-driven GovTech company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide customer support via phone and email within SLA targets.
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce issues using product UIs and diagnostic tools.
  • Escalate complex cases to Technical Lead with reproduction steps.
  • File and track Jira cases for Engineering and follow up on progress.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of professional experience in software or technical support.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and methodical approach to documenting issues.
  • Working knowledge of issue tracking systems (Jira or Salesforce preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, PagerDuty and monitoring tools.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Interest in GovTech and public-safety software.
  • Experience with acceptance testing and feedback collection.
  • Covered on-call rotations (PagerDuty).
