You'll provide front-line customer support for public safety software, owning cases end-to-end via phone and email. You'll troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and escalate complex cases to technical leads. This role offers the chance to directly impact first responders and join a mission-driven GovTech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide customer support via phone and email within SLA targets.
- Troubleshoot and reproduce issues using product UIs and diagnostic tools.
- Escalate complex cases to Technical Lead with reproduction steps.
- File and track Jira cases for Engineering and follow up on progress.
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of professional experience in software or technical support.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and methodical approach to documenting issues.
- Working knowledge of issue tracking systems (Jira or Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, PagerDuty and monitoring tools.
โจ Nice to Have
- Interest in GovTech and public-safety software.
- Experience with acceptance testing and feedback collection.
- Covered on-call rotations (PagerDuty).
