You'll lead the transformation of product marketing from feature-based to value-based storytelling at Socure, building identity verification infrastructure. You'll own the narrative, drive go-to-market strategy, and enable sales teams. This is a high-impact executive role reporting to the CMO with a team of 11.

- Build value-based messaging architecture using Force Management methodology
- Lead solution and outcome-based positioning across product portfolio
- Drive GTM strategy and product launches with measurable pipeline impact
- Enable commercial organization with playbooks, battlecards, and ROI tools
- Lead and grow a high-performing product marketing team of 11
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years in product marketing in B2B technology or SaaS
- 5+ years in executive leadership roles in high-growth companies
- Mastery of Force Management Command of the Message methodology
- Proven experience building and implementing value-based messaging frameworks
